Husband and wife, Kim and Kyle Smith, are the driving force behind North Dallas Renovations. In 2017, Kyle stepped away from his long time, successful career in project management and IT consulting so he could spend more time with his family.
Kyle’s passion for business and remodeling homes led him to working on small projects for close friends and family, stirring up a vision for a renovation company that focuses on a positive professional-client experience, outstanding workmanship, and high-end quality. Word of Kyle’s five star reviews quickly got around and clients soon followed.
Just one year after beginning, Kim left her job as a nonprofit CEO and came aboard to support her husband. Having grown up watching her father design and build stunning custom homes, Kim brings her passion for restoring old homes to her creative role as COO of North Dallas Renovations.
