Our Story

North Dallas Renovations is a family-owned business committed to excellence. After a long, successful career in project management and IT consulting, Kyle’s desire to travel less and be more present at home led him to start North Dallas Renovations. Kyle’s passion for business and remodeling homes stirred a vision for a “different” kind of renovation company, one providing a professional, exceptional experience for every customer.

Kyle’s wife, Kim, grew up watching her dad build custom homes and fell in love with everything from construction to design. Kim focuses on the creative and marketing side of the business. The two live in Plano with their sons and have two daughters in Austin.

What began as small projects for friends and family quickly grew to one referral after another, moving from small projects to full home remodels. The company’s devotion to ensuring the absolute best experience for clients created a team that makes North Dallas Renovations a 5-Star company annually.

North Dallas Renovations concentrates on high-end kitchens, luxury bath remodels, and full home renovations.

Our Process

Consultation

The first step is taking the time required to fully understand your vision, design needs, and desire for the project, including any special considerations or concerns you may have. We will schedule a time that works best for you to complete an intial walk through while discussing the details of your project. At that time, we will provide an expected time frame, next steps, and take all measurements required.

Estimate

Every estimate we provide includes a detailed scope of work, so there are no surprises or hidden fees. Once all questions have been answered and requested adjustments made, you will receive a final contract to sign and date. Your contract will include the same detail and scope of work included in your estimate.

Design Selections

North Dallas Renovations is available to help with design selections for your project. An Interior Designer can also be added to your process if you choose. Design selections will be confirmed prior to starting your project.

Construction

We take every precaution during the construction phase to ensure your home is safe and cared for throughout the renovation. A project manager will visit your house daily, making sure we stay on schedule and all change orders are discussed and noted. Our crew will clean up after themselves daily, minimizing the stress that comes with having folks working in your home for days.

Home Sweet Home

Upon completing your project, North Dallas Renovation will make sure all furniture is back in place and everything works properly. After a final walk through with you, our cleaning crew will come out to make sure your home is clean and beautiful. North Dallas Renovations offers a warranty on material, labor, and all structural changes made to your home.

* * Twelve months after completion of your renovation, North Dallas Renovations will come out to make any adjustments or repairs needed.
